Computer StuffMany people have their computer freeze or go really slow and just restart. That's really stupid. Just click control+alt+delete and use the windows task manager. Order by CPU first.
Now see what's eating the most processor space. End process. Problem solved. Search the list on google and get familiar with what's running on your startup. Your computer can also slow down if you dont have enough memory. Order programs by memory by clicking the little tab called mem usage and shut down any taking 100-200k. If you have too many windows and programs open, blame yourself, but don't restart.
Clearing the running processes is a temporary solution if you have a mess of spyware and junk on your computer. Please see the article cleaning your computer with windows for more information.
