Computer StuffThis program seems to be best. It's annoying in that it does not have a quick way to set hotkeys to the image format, and also does not auto resize. It also costs money after 30 uses or something, which is the worst part. Also, it's icon is an ugly red.
is a free program written in delphi 7. It's has great features, however, it doesnt allow saving as a gif, which seems much more efficient since many websites use simple colours, and command line captures are much smaller. Screen Copy
This has a ton of features, however it's confusing, has messy documentation and only saves to bmp. This makes normal captures turn into 500k files and the megabytes start to stack up.
