PersonalSo, why the hell would you buy her the smallest mp3 player in the world?
I quickly checked emule and downloaded 11 bocelli CDs (searching archive not media), over half of the songs he's every published. That's easily 12 hours of uninterrupted bocelli without repeating a single song when fully charged.
My mom was very happy with her tiny ipod. She was upset that I had bought her an expensive MP3 player at first. I tried to surprise her by asking her to put on the headsets, playing the music then showing her her tiny ipod. When I said it had 12 hours pure bocelli on it without repeating a song she was fascinated by it.
The only problem she had was telling which headphone was for the right and left ear. I put one of those red wire ties they use to close bread bags at the super market around the wire leading to the right ear (cut the tie small and it's hardly noticeable, not tacky). Small colored tape would hack worked better but, it's a quick fix.
They fit my mom but for some reason they were too big to fit in my ear. In this case it's fine because she's the one that's going to be using it, but I can see how it can be annoying for a lot of people getting ipods that have smaller than average ears. For me the headphones fall out easily, don't have as much intensity, and it would be almost impossible to jog with them.
We celebrate christmas with family in mexico. The trip last 12 hours from fort worth to monterrey mexico, exactly the battery life and length of time the ipod shuffle can play. A bocelli ipod is much better than my sister forcing us to listen to her disgusting country music as she always does -_-.
The excitement of exchanging and opening christmas gifts with the whole family is great fun and usually worth the cost of waiting. However, it is of far more value being able to mute the unending screeming of 7 kids under the age of ten, hyped up on sugar and the days anticipation with relaxing bocelli music.
